Samantha is an attorney with experience representing private and public sector clients. She is familiar with the common issues and dynamics within public entities including school districts, colleges, cities, counties, and public utilities. Samantha approaches each investigation with impartiality, and she tailors her approach to treat each participant with respect and dignity.
Prior to focusing her practice on workplace investigations, Samantha served as a civil litigation attorney, representing clients in matters involving employment law, retaliation, discrimination, inverse condemnation, and personal injury. She has litigated writs of mandate involving employment classification, employment termination, and academic discipline. Samantha is familiar with the impact that a thorough investigation can have towards the resolution of a workplace concern both prior to, and during, litigation.
- In April of 2022, Samantha attended the Association of Workplace Investigators’ Investigation Basics Seminar, completing 7.5 hours of training.
